Xzibit’s Ex-Wife Demands More Support, Claims Rapper is Living Large While She Struggles
Xzibit’s ex-wife, Kristina Joiner, says her life has taken a major hit since their split—and now she wants more financial support. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, she’s asking for a significant increase in both spousal and child support, claiming she can’t keep up with her bills and lifestyle.
Kristina argues that instead of prioritizing their 12-year-old son’s private school tuition, Xzibit is splurging on luxury cars for his girlfriend. She also alleges that the rapper hasn’t seen their son since September. Even more alarming, she accuses him of physically harming their child, claiming he slammed their son’s head on the table after discovering memes of his girlfriend on the boy’s phone.
Now, Kristina is pushing to raise her child support to over $9,000 per month and her spousal support to more than $21,000. On top of that, she’s requesting $300,000 in attorney fees and claims Xzibit owes her more than $750,000 in unpaid support.
When their original support agreement was made, it was based on the rapper earning around $25,000 a month. But Kristina now believes he’s making at least $134,000 monthly—far more than what he claimed.
Kristina filed for divorce in 2021 after nearly 20 years together, including six years of marriage. The couple had two children, but tragically, one passed away just 11 days after birth.
Xzibit initially pushed back against spousal support, arguing that he struggled financially during the pandemic when tours and appearances were shut down. However, Kristina countered this, claiming his brother, Jason, once told her that the Pimp My Ride star was secretly making over $1 million a month from his cannabis business. She also alleges Jason admitted to stashing $20 million in multiple vaults for Xzibit, providing him with cash whenever needed.
Xzibit has denied these claims, calling them “bullshit” in a now-deleted Instagram post. He also accused Kristina and Jason of making up lies, warning that there would be “blood” on their hands for spreading these rumors.
In August 2022, a judge ordered Xzibit to pay $6,000 per month in support—$2,239 for child support and $3,702 in temporary spousal support. He was also forced to cover Kristina’s legal expenses, shelling out $125,000 for her lawyer fees and an additional $50,000 for a forensic accountant to dig through his finances.
The legal battle didn’t stop there. In November 2022, Kristina sued Xzibit, claiming he had promised to support her financially for life if she remained a homemaker—something she says she upheld while he failed to keep his end of the deal. Then in 2023, she demanded another $230,000 to cover her ongoing legal fees and bills.
With this latest filing, Kristina is hoping to secure even more financial support, but the judge has yet to rule on her request. The drama between the former couple is far from over.
