Soulja Boy & Marlon Wayans Go at It in Explosive Social Media Feud
Soulja Boy is no stranger to online drama, and this time, he’s locking horns with comedian Marlon Wayans. The heated exchange started after Wayans took a jab at the rapper’s career during a recent radio interview.
While discussing Soulja Boy’s performance at the Crypto Ball in Washington, D.C.—which was linked to a celebration for Donald Trump—Wayans didn’t hold back. “Soulja Boy? He’s been canceled. Nobody cares about Soulja Boy,” he quipped. He even joked that the rapper probably thought he was performing at a Bitcoin event instead of a Trump-affiliated gathering.
It didn’t take long for Big Draco to fire back. On Monday (Feb. 10), he blasted Wayans on X (formerly Twitter), calling him a “bitch” and saying, “You not funny.” That was just the start of what quickly turned into a vicious back-and-forth.
Wayans escalated things with a shocking accusation, implying that Soulja Boy had been a victim of abuse. “You molested lil boy. Go sit your lil ass down on some uncle lap and stfu,” he wrote. The rapper didn’t take kindly to the remark, firing back with a threat: “I’ll slap the shit out of you.”
From there, the insults only got nastier. Soulja Boy mocked Wayans for his iconic role in White Chicks, saying, “Ain’t this you, faggot? A white man could never make me dress up like a white bitch.” Wayans clapped back with racial jabs, calling Soulja a “coon” and roasting him over his music career, joking that he “retired after two songs.”
As the feud spiraled, both sides started pulling out receipts. Soulja Boy shared DMs from Wayans in 2017, where the comedian had asked him to help promote his movie Naked. Wayans wasn’t fazed, responding, “Oh, that’s from when you were semi-relevant. Before you was dead dead.”
The two continued throwing shots, with Soulja Boy maintaining that Wayans' movies were trash, while Wayans dismissed the rapper as irrelevant. Despite all the trash talk, Soulja eventually attempted to downplay the situation, saying, “No hard feelings, I’ll still do a movie with you. All this shit is entertainment.”
